The department over years has been holding the end of the year party .The main agenda is to bring the staffs together and to have a moment of reflecting how the year has been.This year ,the department has marked remarkable milestone as part of its mandate.

This year the department had a privilege to sent 6 students and two members of staff to Germany for for an exchange programme themed has "Learning from each other during the preparation of digital teaching material for blended learning at three universities – Germany, South Africa and Kenya"

The department also welcomed the new chair in the department ,Dr. David Nyangau Siriba and appreciated the outgoing chair PROF. FAITH NJOKI KARANJA  who served the department for 6 years.

We also took time to appreciate one of the staff who retired Ms.Sarafina.

The party was also attended by our interns in the department .This event took place at Ridge views Kiambu road.
